  • The fee, as recommended by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta is:

    - $200 per 50 minute session -

    This fee applies to both individual and couples counselling. Incremental billing can occur for services provided beyond a 50-minute session such as extended sessions, phone calls, letters or reports; typically billed in 10 minute increments at the rate per session.

    Payments are made at the end of each session via credit card, etransfer or cash.

  • In general, to improve mental health. More specifically, address concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma (e.g. PTSD), stress, relationships, workplace conflict, sleep concerns, pain, boundaries, grief, and much more.

    Couple mays be looking to improve relationships, as well as navigate stress or conflict. Common concerns are increasing arguments, lack of satisfaction, feeling disconnected, communication, challenging circumstances (i.e. pandemic, changes in health), life transitions (i.e. moving in together, new parents), infidelity, trust, extended family, and impact of mental health challenges on the relationship.

  • Most employee benefit plans and insurance have coverage for psychotherapy with a Registered Psychologist. However, it is up to you to check with your provider regarding coverage. Click here to learn more.

  • Yes, both 90 or 120 minute sessions are available upon request.

  • If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before hand. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the full fee for the appointment. In rare circumstances, the cancellation fee will be waived where extenuating circumstances apply (life happens!).
